About us - History

The Sherbrooke Tech & Service, established in 2004, is a team of highly qualified OEM trained supervisors, as well as millwrights, machinists and welders with an average 25 years of experience per person.

1964 - Ingersoll-Rand acquired IMPCO

1996 - Beloit acquired Ingersoll Rand's Pulp & Paper division.

2000 - GL&V acquired Beloit Pulping and Beloit Lennox

2004 - Sherbrooke Tech & Service Inc. was established with the acquisition
           of GL&V's Field Mechanical Service group.
